Individual Counselling

Individual counselling is an interaction between an individual and the counsellor in a professional setting. The aim is to provide a safe, supportive environment to an individual to discuss and find solutions for their present life issues or unattended past issues.

Family Counselling

Family can be a source of support and affection, yet also a source of stress and unhappiness. Family counselling helps people cope with issues arising within a family — it can be done either in groups, with family members together, or individually meeting with various members.

Crisis Counselling

This is a systematic technique to help clients in a crisis situation gain some sense of direction to cope with the dilemma. It is done in various steps: defining the problem, ensuring the client's safety, providing support, examining alternatives, making plans and obtaining commitment.

Self-Hypnosis Teacher

Self-hypnosis is an incredibly useful tool. By teaching self-hypnosis, we allow our clients to access the wonderful healing and suggestive powers of hypnosis on their own.

That's completely normal, and it's not something you need to work out on your own. Describe what's going on in your own words and Devanshi will suggest a starting point.
